Claire advises French and foreign companies - mainly German and Austrian - established in France or not, in all areas of business law.
SKILLS PROFILE
She mainly advises her clients in the distribution, industry and environmental sectors. Claire also represents her French and foreign clients in pre-litigation and litigation cases before all French courts. She also has particular experience in industrial claims and judicial expertise.
A native French speaker, Claire is also fluent in German and English.
Claire is a member of the Paris Bar since 2020.
Claire holds a Master’s degree in Business Law – focus on tax and customs law- from the University of Cergy Pontoise, and a Master’s degree from the University of Strasbourg. She was trained as a lawyer at the Paris Bar School.
EXPERIENCE
Before joining SOFFAL in 2020, Claire acquired practical experience in different structures:
- Law firms in Paris, Strasbourg and Kehl;
- Court of first instance and Court of appeal in Versailles and Mulhouse;
- Ministry of Defence – Commissariat des armées.
Claire is also a member of the Paris Bar Association “Bareau Solidarité”.
